I am sending a reminder email to everyone that I sent last week.  We have had about 20-25 more swimmers and families register on SwimTopia since I sent the email.

Please make sure you join the GroupMe!  We will hold minnows evals tomorrow rain or shine!  Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

We are PUMPED to start in one week! Please read through this email carefully.

All team information will be sent through the GroupMe: PO 2026 Groupme. All swimmers and parents should join to keep up to date with all information from entry deadlines, practice changes, bad weather, etc!

Memorial Day - MINNOWS Evaluations
Evaluations will be held from 9am - 10am and done on a first come first serve basis. Evaluations will take just a few minutes each. We plan to evaluate all new swimmers and returning minnows swimmers into four categories Monday morning: 8&U team, deep end minnows, shallow end minnows, or lessons first. All those who plan to attend please help us out and fill this form out prior to arrival: PO Minnows Evaluation Form

Any swimmers who cannot make the evaluation should plan to arrive at Potomac at 4:45pm any day during the week to be evaluated.

Memorial Day BBQ
The Memorial Day BBQ will be from 12pm - 2pm. This is a swim team event so we would love to see everyone at the pool for some grilling and good times. TUESDAY, MAY 26TH - FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE + PO FAMILY ZOOM
Practice begins on Tuesday! You can find the practice schedule here: 2026 PO SWIM & DIVE CALENDAR. We will have a brief PO Family Zoom Meeting on Tuesday at 8:15pm - 8:45pm.  All families new and old are REQUIRED to attend. Zoom Link: Join the Tuesday Family Meeting!
