It has been wonderful seeing so many familiar faces, as well as welcoming several new families to the dive team this season!

Please note that there will be no dive practice on June 2nd. MCDL will be hosting a Dive Coach Training session at our pool from 5:30–7:30 PM.

As many of you know, our meets cannot run without the support of parent volunteers. We are especially in need of judges, and we encourage all families to consider getting certified. To do so, please create an account at https://www.mcdiving.org and register for one of the upcoming judge training sessions.

The first training session will take place just before the Rookie Meet at Regency Estates on 6/7. I'll be attending that session myself to renew my certification, and I'd love to see some fellow Potomac parents there as well!

Don’t forget to complete the online judge training certification as well. It provides practice judging a variety of diving scenarios and offers immediate feedback to help you build confidence and consistency before the season begins. You will need to submit that certificate before attending the in person training.
