Our next dive meet will be at Palisades on Sunday, June 28th.

Palisades address:

6918 Seven Locks Road,

Cabin John, MD 20818

• Please note that there’s a speed cameras on Seven Locks between MacArthur and the entrance to Palisades pool.

Potomac warmups: 3:30pm

Meet starts: 4:00pm

Meet Volunteers:

Our team will need to provide the following volunteers:

2 table workers

1 assistant meet secretary

3 judges

Dive sheets: completed dive sheets need to be submitted to the table by 3:30PM for review.

Other items:

• Palisades has a shaded area near the dive well for Potomac during the meet.
• Please note that Palisades has gone plastic bottle free, so they will not be providing water bottles for the meet. Please bring refillable bottles - they have two bottle fillers and an ice machine for everyone's use.
• Palisades has a snack bar that will be open for the duration of the meet. They will also provide snacks for meet officials and table workers.
